Printing the calendar

It always such a pleasure to see the project coming to life! I visit Studio Pression this week to take photos and also enjoy the printing process. Since last year the studio moved to a bigger place and now we are wearing masks!

I am really please by how the cover turns. We need to change the paper used for the project, it will be too long to get the one we wanted and I want to ship as soon as possible. But printing is just the first part after we need to organize all the pages. So we estimated that for copies should be ready at the end of next week I would be able to post the first orders soon after.

Survey are sent with Backerkit

Hello,

hope you are fine and safe. You probably already received the survey from Bacerkit. It will bring you to a page that looks like this.

Under the green button on the first page you can "switch your pledge level" if you want to come from 1 to 2 calendars for example. Warning: you can not come back when you change your pledge so if you take an early bird price, you may lose the special offer. 

Items you choose on Kickstarter will be directly in your "cart" and if you do not want to add anything, you have nothing to pay, just enter your address and information. 

For add-ons, I propose you a lot of items: artists proofs from this year edition, but I also add past years editions at special prices. 

PRINTING PLATES

They are the real plate we are going to use for the printing! A must-have if you love one of the designs!

Be quick if you want one as only one of each is made! It will be reserved for you backers until November Oth, then I will allow other people to access the pre-ordering store.

ARTISTS PROOFS

An artist's proof is an impression of a print taken in the printmaking process to see the current printing state of a plate. You can get 2021 ones but I also added the 2020 and 2019 I have left.

OTHER ITEMS

With Christmas around the corner, you will also be able to order more playing cards and other items to get them with your calendar. 

So take a look at your mailbox during the week-end to fill your survey!

Printing plates & Survey

Hope you are fine and safe. Sorry to haven't given news before but the past weeks have been crazy. I get a new project I can not refuse: designing the sleeve of the new Sting Duets album. So it changes a little my plans. I also did not plan a new lockdown. I do not think it will affect the production of the calendar, but I am not sure about the delivery. I will do my best to send it as soon as it is ready. 

The printing plates are now in the making, and here is the final design of all the pages. I will use Backerkit for the survey and let you add add-ons and other items. I work on it all weekend (I can not go out so...) and I waiting for the Backerkit team to validate. I just figure out they won't work today as it is election day. Tomorrow will see...

I will propose the printing plates in the pre-order shops and they will be reserved for you, support for the first days. There is only one of each. After a few days, I will make them available to everyone. 

I will send the survey with Backerkit, not Kickstarter. Check your email in the coming days.

Backerkit survey coming soon

Backerkit will be sent soon, I hope at the end of the week, or early next one, when I get the final payment from Kickstarter. If you have trouble with your credit card, please try to resolve it as soon as possible.

On Backerkit, it will be possible to upgrade your pledge if you finally want a deluxe edition instead of a standard one, for example. It is also there you will enter your information for delivery. I will also put some other items available there like this you can add them without extra shipping.

Thanks a lot for your support, we finish at 170%. It means you will get extra artists' proofs. I will come back in detail soon. Here is a quick update on the design and now I will sleep for... 17 hours!
